Raw materials

Raw materials also known as primary commodities are not processed or minimally processed substances that are vital feedstock or components required producing other goods or providing different services. It means, any other products which we use were produced through using one or more basic component known as raw materials.

As above definition, when we referred raw materials as feedstock, it is cleared that these substances are crucial component to produce other items. So, it implies that producing final product requires raw materials that are then processed to made finished goods.

This is where the role of inventory management comes into the picture.  That is, it is very crucial to keep always some quantity of raw materials inventory at the right place and to avoid any unforeseen shortage and keep the production process in a stable state and it could not come true without having access to the right supplier and trading companies who have strong connections to the known production companies.

Here, we have already made strong tie with raw material suppliers and are ready to make long term contract with our client so that cover their requirement very fast and help them to develop a stable production system.
